Here is the Window emissivity map on a 10' equal angle grid. The map itself is interactive. You can zoom up on any region then zoom up again to find out the emissivity values being used in that region.
To download a copy of this map press here. The map is 8-bit binary data ranging in values from 0-100. The size is 2160 by 1080 or 1/6 degree equal angle.
